Introducing the New Information-Integrated Dashboard & Online Application Features

Starting September 29, 2025, the top page of the Internet auction service “AI-NET” has been completely redesigned with a new information-integrated dashboard and online application submission features.

What You Can Do with the Dashboard

View today’s live auction status (Arai Auctions only)
Access listed and purchased vehicle information
Check negotiation details
Review billing statements
Manage notifications and applications

This update allows you to view and manage key information directly from the top page with one click,　making your workflow smoother and more intuitive by eliminating the need to navigate multiple menus.

Online Application Submission (Available 24/7)

Applications that were previously handled only via phone or fax can now be submitted easily online:

Vehicle removal request for listed vehicles (processing time reduced by approx. 90%)
Listing cancellation request for listed vehicles
Claim submission for purchased vehicles

Currently, this feature is available for the web version only, but a mobile app version is planned for release in the near future.
We will continue to improve and expand AI-NET to make it even easier to use for all users.
