The chatbot can now be used on AI-NET Mobile same as the PC version of AI-NET
On AI-NET Mobile, you can use the chatbot both before and after logging in.
The usage is the same as the homepage. You can choose the item you want to ask about, or you can use free word search. Please ask in the way you prefer.
In the selection style, please proceed by selecting the item you want to inquire about.
When you proceed to the answer, a message asking “問題は解決しましたか?” will be displayed.
If you did not get the answer to the information you wanted to know, please change the content of the question or contact the displayed phone number.
To improve our service, we ask for your cooperation in answering the question, “問題は解決しましたか?”.
