*Requests other than the Truck Body and Equipment Inspection Service can also be submitted in the same way. Please be careful to select the correct option: “Preview Service Request” or “Truck Body and Equipment Inspection Service Request.”

Important Notes for Truck Body and Equipment Inspections
This service is only available for vehicles delivered to the Oyama Yard (548 Awano, Oyama City, Tochigi Prefecture).
Applications by phone are not accepted. Requests to add inspection items or re-checks during the response process are also not accepted.
Requests that require confirmation of exterior condition, repair history, or documents will not be accepted.
You can choose one of the following ways to get answers: 1) phone, 2) phone + photos, or 3) video call.
Inspection responses will be provided in the order of auction listings. For phone responses, calls will be made from a withheld (private) number.
If we are unable to reach the designated contact (including settings that block private numbers), the request will be considered invalid. However, charges will still apply.
For phone + photo responses, photos (up to 3 per item) will be sent to the provided email address.
For real-time video responses, only FaceTime is supported. iOS 15 or later is required. A link will be sent via phone number or email.
Inspections will be limited to visual checks. For functional items, only basic initial operation will be confirmed.
Please note that responses may not be possible depending on vehicle or auction conditions.
Charges for this service will be listed under "ARAI SHOJI CO., LTD. AI-NET Division" on the auction invoice. This is separate from the invoice issued by "Arai Auction Van & Truck".
