Pre-registration is required.
* Registration may take 3–5 business days after application.
* Approval is subject to screening and may be declined. Inquiries regarding screening results will not be accepted.

Upon approval, we will issue a Slide Service POS number.
* Notification will be sent to the company representative by mail.

Within 30 minutes after the auction ends, fill in the vehicle information and desired extension period, and send the Slide Service application via FAX to AI-NET Group.
* Only available to Slide Service registered members.
* Usage limit is based on your pre-approved auction credit line.

Once approved, a "Slide Procedure Completion Notice" will be faxed on the next business day. This officially confirms the extension.

- 6.Any vehicle/item deemed inappropriate by the Company

* The applicable fee is determined solely based on the winning price per vehicle, excluding tax, deposits, or additional fees.
* Fees will not change even if the final bid price is adjusted later due to claims or issues.

- Q1 : Can deposit members use the Slide Service?
- A1 : No, the service is only available to fully registered regular members (before payment).
- Q2 : How do I apply?
- A2 : Apply using the prescribed method (such as FAX) within 30 minutes after the auction ends. Once approved, we will send you a “Slide Procedure Completion Notice” via FAX on the next business day.
- Q3 : Can I re-extend the deadline?
- A3 : No, you cannot. Please make the payment by the designated deadline.
- Q4 : Will the fee be refunded if I cancel?
- A4 : No, the fee is non-refundable. However, if the transaction is canceled due to a seller-side issue or claim, the fee will be refunded.
- Q5 : When will the documents be issued?
- A5 : After full payment of all vehicles from that auction session.
Documents will not be issued until all payments are complete.
- Q6 : Can I get the documents earlier if I pay off all fees before the deadline?
- A6 : Yes. If you pay in full for all vehicles in the same session, you can request early issuance, even if an extension was granted.
- Q7 : Is there interest for late payment?
- A7 : Yes. A delay interest of 14.6% annually (calculated daily) applies after the deadline.
- Q8 : What is the validity of Slide Service membership?
- A8 : Membership is valid for six months. It will automatically renew if usage conditions are met.
