• A person who has a secondhand dealer license and whose main business is to trade automobiles, motorcycles, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, etc.
• Two years have passed since the business was established and the secondhand dealer license was obtained, and the business must have a sales office or repair shop that can be contacted during business hours and are currently conducting sales activities.
• When using our auctions, it is necessary to obtain a secondhand dealer permit in line with the auction in which you will participate in the "secondhand article classification that you mainly want to handle" at the secondhand dealer. If the items handled by the secondhand dealer are not in line with the auction you are participating in, please submit a "notification of change" to the Public Safety Commission and change the contents of the secondhand dealer.

  • Admission fee 50,000 yen, security deposit 50,000 yen
  • A third party joint guarantor is required at the time of enrollment
  • Credit limit 3,000,000 yen *Maximum amount can be changed by review
  • Participate in auctions at affiliated venues (KCAA, MIRIVE, Bayoak)

• Deposit member

  • Auctions held by Arai Auction (only auctions selected when joining) can be used
  • Select the auction to be used when joining, and deposit the deposit for each selected auction
  • Set the successful bid credit amount based on the guaranteed amount
