Membership Registration
At Arai Auction, we offer four types of membership, each with different application requirements and levels of auction access.
To be eligible, your secondhand dealer license must have been held for a minimum of two years.

In addition to holding a secondhand dealer license for at least two years, applicants must also be registered members of another auto auction within Japan.
No guarantor is required for this membership type. A ¥50,000 membership fee is required, along with a deposit for each auction you wish to participate in.
You may decide the deposit amount in ¥100,000 increments, and your maximum bidding limit will be five times your deposit.
Subscription to the AI-NET Premium Plan is also mandatory.
Applicants who have held a secondhand dealer license for over two years are eligible to apply.
This membership grants access to all Arai Auction venues and requires a ¥50,000 entrance fee and a ¥50,000 deposit. A guarantor is also required.
The requirements differ depending on whether the applicant is a corporation or an individual business owner.
1) For corporations: A total of two guarantors are required — the representative and one additional person.
Note: If the representative does not meet the eligibility requirements to act as a joint guarantor, an additional guarantor is required, bringing the total to three.
2) For individual business owners: Two joint guarantors other than the applicant are required.
Note: As the applicant themselves is the representative, they cannot serve as a guarantor.
Note: Joint guarantors will not be accepted if:
• They are already registered as a representative or guarantor for another Arai Auction member.
• They belong to the same household or work at the same company as the applicant or other guarantors.
Yes, there are three requirements for selecting a guarantor:
1) The person must be a Japanese national or have permanent residency in Japan, and be under 65 years old.
2) The person must have an annual income of at least 3,000,000 yen.br
3) The person must own real estate valued at 3,000,000 yen or more. (Co-ownership is not accepted.)

It typically takes 3 to 4 weeks to process the membership application once all required documents have been received.

There are no monthly or annual fees for membership registration.
However, if you choose to subscribe to the optional AI-NET Premium Plan or Basic Plan, separate AI-NET usage fees will apply.
Yes, participation is possible by becoming a member of Arai Auction.
To qualify, you must be a used car dealer who has held a secondhand dealer license for at least two years.
Membership Info Update
Membership Update / Cancellation
To update your phone number (TEL, FAX, or mobile) or bank account information, please submit a Membership Information Update Form to the Membership Management Center.
When changing your bank account, be sure to attach a copy of your bankbook (passbook).
For any other updates, please contact us via the inquiry form, and the appropriate department will provide further instructions.
Please send both the Security Deposit Change Application Form and the Deposit Receipt to the Membership Management Center.
Once your documents have been received, the Membership Management Center will send you an invoice via fax for the additional deposit amount and a handling fee of ¥10,000 (excluding tax). Please transfer the payment to the designated bank account.
Note: Reductions in the deposit amount are permitted only once per year.

Contact us herePlease bring your personal identification (Residence card for foreign nationals; driver's license or My Number card for Japanese nationals), along with proof of employment (such as a business card or peddler’s permit).
An issuance fee of ¥1,000 (tax included) will apply.
※ Entry is not permitted for non-employees.
As this is a members-only auction, customers are not permitted to enter.

Other Inquiries
Consultations are available at the Oyama venue on auction days (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays).
As it may be crowded on those days, please allow extra time when you visit.

- Passwords must contain upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols (!). #$%&@. _=-*? +(){}|<>). Please check the Halfwidth/Fullwidth mode and Caps Lock.
- Have you changed your password? Your password must be at least 10 and no more than 20 characters.
- An email containing the changed password will be sent to the email address you registered when you changed your password, so please check your new password there.
- Did you mistakenly enter a space or ". or other characters before or after your password by mistake?
You can reissue your password from the login page "Forgot Password?
Once you request a new password, we will send it to the e-mail address you have registered in the Account Management section of My Page.
How to register your e-mail address...
Log in to AI-NET with your administrator ID > "My Page" > "Account Management" > "Add/Edit User ID" > "Edit" to register.
If you have not registered your e-mail address yet, we will send you a letter by mail.
This error is displayed if you closed the window without pressing the "Logout" button or shut down your PC the last time you logged out.
Please wait for about 5 minutes and then try the login procedure again.
After logging into AI-NET, go to "My Page" > "Account Management" > "Edit User" to change it.
Your password must be at least 10 and no more than 20 characters long, including upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols.
