AI-NET Premium Plan (Paid)

This plan gives you access to all AI-NET features, including AI-NET Real, a real-time bidding service that allows you to participate in live auctions remotely, just like bidding at the auction venue.
With AI-NET Real, you can also make listing adjustments for vehicles listed in Arai Auction.

  • Real-time bidding is available at all Arai Auction venues and affiliated auctions.
  • Listing adjustments for vehicles entered in Arai Auction can also be made using AI-NET Real.
  • By adding user IDs, bidding is available from up to 5 devices. (Additional fees apply for extra IDs.)
  • Available auction venues may vary depending on your membership plan.
  • Depending on your membership plan, registration for the AI-NET Premium Plan may not be available.

BiddersAuction participation conditions

  • There may be times when information such as bid acceptance, auction participation, announcement voice, etc. cannot be provided due to line trouble or other reasons.

  • In the event of any of the following problems, we may not be able to accept complaints

    • If you are unable to participate in the auction due to equipment or line trouble during bidding.
    • (2)Claims are accepted when information provision (image data, announcement voice, etc.) is insufficient due to equipment or line trouble.
    • (3)Claims received for successful bids due to other system malfunctions, etc.

  • Alai Auction's auction adjustment functions are available through Real Service.

  • Requests by members to resell their items after using the "Adjustment Function" will not be accepted.

  • The venue coordinator will waive any adjustments after the member has used the "Adjustment Function," except for the following conditions, until the auction of the relevant vehicle is completed.

    • If the number of unaccepted bids exceeds "50,000", the adjuster will be forced to "flow" the sale.
  • When a member uses the "Listing Adjustment Function", the results of the auction for the vehicle in question will be in accordance with the results of the auction.
  • The auction adjustment function may not be able to be provided in some cases due to line trouble or other reasons.

  • We may not be able to accept claims in the event of any of the following problems

    • If the bidding adjustment function cannot be used during bidding due to equipment or line trouble, etc.
    • Trouble in the bidding adjustment function when information provision (image data, announcement voice, etc.) is insufficient due to equipment or line trouble, etc.
    • Receipt of claims due to other system malfunctions, etc.

    4-wheel Auction (excluding small trucks): Auction Auction Fee (current POS bidding fee) +3,000 yen
    VT Auction (including 4-wheel A's small trucks): Auction closing bidding fee (current POS closing bidding fee)
    General Machinery (Construction Machinery): Auction Auction Fees (current POS fees)
    General Machinery (Motorcycle Merchandise): Auction Auction Fees (Current POS Fees)
    Please refer to the Auction Summary page for the auction fees for each auction.

  • Acceptance of Claims Conforms to the Terms and Conditions.
  • Carry-in/out
    Follow the rules and regulations of each auction site.
  • Application for Land Transportation
    The successful bidder shall make the application for land transportation.

    (The amount varies depending on the auction site or vehicle category.

  • Complaint Acceptance
    Auction fees shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the auction agency and the affiliated auction site.
  • Removal of Auctioned Vehicles
    Follow the rules and regulations of the affiliated venues.
  • Application for Land Transportation
    The successful bidder shall make his/her own arrangements, and, as a rule, the vehicle shall be carried out by the land transportation company designated by the Company.
