Membership System Overview

We offer four types of membership.
Membership requirements differ depending on the membership type, so please check the details below.

Eligibility and Basic Requirements

  1. Applicants must hold a Secondhand Articles Dealer License and be primarily engaged in the business of automobiles, motorcycles, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, or related products.
  2. At least two years must have passed since the establishment of the business and the acquisition of the Secondhand Articles Dealer License. Applicants must also have a business office or maintenance facility that can be contacted during business hours and must be actively engaged in business operations.

Note

To use our auctions, your Secondhand Articles Dealer License must include the secondhand goods category corresponding to the auction in which you wish to participate.
If the registered category under your license does not correspond to the auction you wish to participate in, please submit a Change Notification to the Public Safety Commission and update the registered details of your Secondhand Articles Dealer License.

    We will send you a download URL for the application documents by email. Please review the membership types and request the materials using the membership materials request form below.

  2. 2. Submit Documents

    Please prepare the documents specified by Arai Auction that you printed from the download URL, along with any other required documents, and mail them to the address below.

    Please note that the submission address differs depending on the membership type.

  3. 3. Screening and Payment

    Screening will be conducted fairly in accordance with the membership terms.

    The screening process takes approximately three to four weeks. Once screening is complete and payment of the membership fee and security deposit has been confirmed, your membership registration will be completed and a membership certificate / PPS card will be issued.
