BidAuction participation conditions

• The searchable and bidding periods for vehicles for sale are as follows

• The closing time for receipt of bids is as follows

  4-wheelers, Bantra, General Machinery	Before the auction starts: 30 minutes before the auction starts After the auction starts: Up to 100 vehicles before the bidding starts (up to 200 vehicles before the bidding starts in the case of 2 lanes)

• The hours for cancellation of bids and price revisions will be the same as above.
• (Bids may not be accepted due to line trouble, etc.)

BidParticipation in Arai Auction

• If you bid on a vehicle using AI-NET, you will not be able to place a bid for that vehicle at the auction site (POS bidding).

• Bidding registration will be cancelled by the conductor for vehicles for which corrections have been made or have occurred.

  Examples of corrections that do not result in cancellation of bids

  • Addition or correction of the amount of the recycle ticket
  • Addition of manuals, maintenance manuals, warranty certificates, and record books
  • Addition of timing belt replacement history
  • Increase of evaluation points
  • When the documents and name change expiration date are longer than listed
  • When the contents of the inspector's report are cancelled
  • Addition of genuine equipment
  • Addition of one-owner description
  • When the remaining inspection period is longer than listed
  • When the mileage is less than listed

  Other cases in which the cancellation may not be made at the discretion of the conductor.

• If a correction slip is submitted for a bidding vehicle at an affiliated venue, the registration will be cancelled.

  In such cases, the bidding fee will still be collected.

• In the event that bids are determined to be successful at the same price, priority will be given to members who bid at the auction site.
• In the event that bids at the same price are received for the same vehicle at the auction, the bidder whose bid is received earlier shall be given priority in determining the successful bidder.

• The amount of the winning bid and the amount of the absentee bid for absentee registered bidders will be limited to the "absentee registered price + 1POS auction price.

  Example: If the absentee price is 100,000 yen and the selling price is 3,000 yen, the bidder is allowed to bid up to the amount of 103,000 yen.

• All bidding fees shall be collected even in the case of cancellation of bids when the credit limit is exceeded.
• Bidding fees shall be collected even in the event that bids are canceled due to corrections and cancellation of the auction.

  VT Auction (including 4-wheel A's small truck shape): Auction Auction Fees (current POS bidding fees)
  General Machinery (construction machinery): Auction bidding fee (current POS bidding fee)
  General Machinery (Motorcycle Merchandise): Auction Auction fees (current POS fees)
  *Please refer to the Auction Summary page for the winning bidding fee for each auction.

  VT/Construction Machinery: 100 yen per bidding vehicle is posted as a bidding fee on the auction statement. All bidding fees will be fined even if the bid is cancelled after the bidding has been completed or if the bid exceeds the credit limit.

• Acceptance of Claims: Conforms to the Rules and Regulations.
• Carry-in and carry-out
  Follow the rules and regulations of each venue.
• Application for Land Transportation
  The successful bidder shall make the application for land transportation.

• Bidding Fee

  Auction bidding fee: 400 yen

  Affiliated auction sites:

  Varies depending on the venue or vehicle category.

• Complaint Acceptance
  Complaints will be handled in accordance with the terms and conditions of the auction agent and the affiliated venues.
• Removal of Auctioned Vehicles
  Follow the rules and regulations of the affiliated venues.
• Application for Land Transportation
  The successful bidder shall make his/her own arrangements, and, as a rule, the vehicle shall be carried out by a land transportation company designated by the Company.

• Searchable Period and Bidding Period

  • The search period will begin two days prior to the auction date.
  • Bids are accepted from the day before the auction date.

  *The searchable period and the bidding period may vary.

• Bidding cut-off times may vary depending on the affiliated auction site.
• The same as above applies to the hours for bid cancellations and price revisions.
• Bids may not be accepted due to line trouble or other reasons.
