Since entering the auction business in 1987, Arai Auction has continued to refine its services to meet the needs of both sellers and buyers.
Beyond passenger cars, we have expanded our lineup to include trucks, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, forklifts, motorcycles, and parts. Through these wide-ranging categories, we provide a place where new business opportunities can be created for our members.
We are also introducing new ICT-based systems, such as video listings from remote locations, to build next-generation auctions that can be accessed regardless of location.

01A Wide Range of Products, Including Trucks and Construction Machinery

In addition to passenger cars and motorcycles, Arai Auction offers a uniquely wide range of products, including trucks, construction machinery, and agricultural machinery. We also set inspection items and standards suited to each product category, and our inspectors with specialized knowledge and extensive experience carefully check the condition of each vehicle or item.

02Highly Specialized Inspections

To ensure that our members can trade with confidence, we have established strict inspection standards and place great emphasis on training inspectors and improving inspection accuracy.
As we handle a wide variety of product categories, we provide highly specialized inspection information by setting inspection items tailored to each category. To maintain and improve inspection accuracy, we also provide thorough training on inspection know-how and conduct regular examinations for our inspectors.
Through strict inspections of each individual vehicle or item, we provide an environment where members can trade with peace of mind.

03Auctions with High Sales Rates

The sales rates for VAN & TRUCK and MACHINERY & MOTORCYCLE auctions have continued to rise year after year. Even more notable is our 4W Auction, which boasts a high sales rate of 85%, far exceeding the industry average of 68%.
Our buyers include not only passenger car dealers, but also motorcycle dealers, construction machinery dealers, truck dealers, dismantling businesses, members connected through external platforms, used car dealers, export buyers, and many other types of businesses. This diverse buyer base is one of the strengths made possible by Arai Auction’s multi-category auction platform.

04Internet Service “AI-NET”

Arai Auction offers its proprietary internet service, AI-NET, which allows members to participate in auctions from their office, home, or while on the go. Through AI-NET, users can preview listed vehicles, check market prices, place real-time bids, and make adjustments online.
AI-NET is designed to make it easy to search Arai Auction’s wide range of product categories and find the items you are looking for. It is also connected with more than 60 partner auction venues, allowing members to purchase vehicles listed at each auction.

05Venues and Yards Nationwide

Arai Auction operates seven auction venues and multiple yards, including permanent and special yards, across Japan from Hokkaido in the north to Okinawa in the south.
Products handled by Arai Auction, including passenger cars, trucks, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, and forklifts, can be listed from nearby locations. This helps reduce transportation costs and travel time, lowering the overall cost of listing.

Delivery

Vehicles or machinery are delivered to the designated venue or yard by the delivery deadline set for each auction.

Inspection

Arai Auction inspectors conduct fair inspections of each vehicle or machine in accordance with our inspection standards.

Photography

We photograph the exterior and interior of each listed vehicle or machine, as well as key components from various angles.

Data Upload

Inspection details and images of the listed vehicle or machine are registered in the database. Vehicle information can be checked on AI-NET 24 hours a day.

Preview

Listed vehicles or machinery are carefully stored at the venue, and members can visit the venue to inspect the actual items in person.

Registration

By visiting the auction venue and completing registration, you can participate in the auction on the day.

Auction

Two to ten auction lanes are held simultaneously, with each vehicle proceeding at a pace of 20 to 60 seconds. You can also participate in real time through AI-NET.
